Are custom study dlls posted in the support board safe to use? Are there any security issues one should be concerned about?

You should download libraries from verified authors to which there are references from other users.There are many libraries and source codes here on the forum that are not harmful but are written so "great" that they slow down Sierrachart a lot. When using custom studies, I highly recommend monitoring the study calculating time. Very often you will see very high numbers in milliseconds, this is unusable for live trading ... |
