Hi there, I am sure you are getting a lot of these requests so thanks for your patience!! I am currently unable to trade via Sierra Charts-AMP- I have read the guidance and changed to server 1, however still no joy. I did send a request to change to CQG as AMP requested users to do this as a fix, however tbh I would like to remain on Denali if possible. Please can you advise my best course of action? Thanks! |

The first issue, with not being able to trade is because AMP still has a hold on trading with TT. You would have to talk to them for further information on this topic. As to the rest, if you have requested to change to CQG, you can (and your case will) get your data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So there is nothing you need to do with respect to the data. If you are changing to CQG, then once AMP gets you your CQG credentials, you will just need to follow these Setup Instructions starting at item #6: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

OK Thanks John, will ask them, So to confirm, so I get this right, there will be no difference in my usage/costs if I change to CQG and data will remain with Denali, just routing method will change? Thanks, |

The only difference is that you will not have the $0.10 order routing charge per side. On the other hand, there is a set of fees that you will also pay for using CQG, so make sure you understand those as well.

I'd like to take a look at those fees, too. Where ? Also, is it advisable to request AMP for access to CQG desktop for order management and redundancy ? Would that come with other extra cost ? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-02-22 08:02:54

@Mattthespaniard I did not move to CQG routing but I asked to have CQG desktop no data since I made analysy and get signal in sim mode from sierra chart, ans in this case AMP confirmed to me that there are no exrta cost rather than fee &commission. Till the new CME routing will not be in place and tested I will use this rude way of trading but I will avoid spending time on support ticket.
