Bracket orders working in SIM but not AMP account

Everything was working fine since I got Sierra a month ago.....not sure what changed. Now, my bracket orders work fine in SIM but in my AMP account. Sierra is not placing my profit or stop orders. The order is placed, but not the bracket. Can someone help?
