TT Outage : CME Order Routing Issues (Pending Full TT Review)


We have request a full review and confirmation of the TT environment before we re-enable CME exchange for trading.

(CME Remains Disabled). We have disabled CME order routing. No new positions or orders on CME Exchange until full TT testing and confirmation.

We have been in communication with Sierra Chart. The change from TT to CQG is not a difficult process. Simple change of the connection and reset the symbol mapping. Sierra will publish quick help guide shortly.

That is an AMP solution, as they are holding off on allowing trading through TT. You would need to ask them for any further information.

Question for Sierra team, Did Advantage future have the same problem with TT or was this AMP only?
