Receing Error when trying to log in

Hey Sierra,

I am receiving the following - "Have reached the exceed number of logged in user" error message when trying to access my Sierra account. I should have the ability to log in with 2 systems and there is only one person logged into the account right now.

We do see 3 separate computers having accessed your account in the past 2 days, but we do not know which ones are currently connected or not.

We also see that right now (14:38 Eastern US Time), you are showing just 1 connection (again, we do not know which computer).

So you should be good to connect again from one other computer. Let us know if you continue to have a problem.

Disregard the above statement. There was a rogue laptop logged into the account.
