I asked AMP, but this is what Daniel said "You will have to contact SC directly for free trial. " So please help me activate EUREX trial |

Sorry to send you back and forth on this, but since you already have the Denali Exchange Data Feed being paid for through your AMP account, you will need to have them activate the EUREX data feed for you. They definitely have the ability to do this. Let us know if you have any issues getting this done. Finally they help me activate it. However open price of today disappear in Daily chart, I had tried delete and redownload data and reconnect and have Pre-release version of Sierra chart. But still only have high, low, close, volume of today in Daily chart, no open price of today in Daily chart, how to fix it? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-02-22 17:27:26

I upload an new image which are candle bar charts each with tool value window, you can see it is strange, no open price or it display 0 in tool value window. By the way, in last image is OHLC bars, but at 2/22 only have "HLC" no "O", "O" should appear at left side of bar in OHLC bars, but it doesn't appear. |
