I am fed up with AMP/TT. I like Sierra but I have no option but to look for alternatives. Anyone has good experience with tradestation? |

Marcel, TradeStation has some decent features, but also lacks compared to SC. I used to use TradeStation and still have friends that use it. Their customer service has gone downhill. I think they have most of the bugs worked out of version 10 now. It will be a learning curve to switch platforms and depending on the type of trader you are, may not have some of the same indicators. I can only imagine your frustration with the AMP/TT issue. I am reading the posts and do not understand why AMP still has not resolved their issues unless it's a legal reason between them and TT (speculation only). I am using Advantage clearing with TT and besides the initial downtime haven't been notified of any stopped trading. I didn't take any trades the last 2 days due to work, but otherwise, everything is working as expected. With that said, if you are going to go through the trouble of wiring your money out of AMP, consider Advantage or one of the other clearing firms approved for the TT connection. SC hasn't confirmed yet, but I am hoping when they release their own CME routing that they can use the same clearing firms that the TT connection uses and it would be an easy switch from TT to SC's direct CME routing. I'm not steering you away from TradeStation. I just know the hassle of switching platforms. |

This is not making sense. If you are happy with Sierra Chart, then you could for example move your account to Dorman or Advantage has has been said. You can use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with the Denali data feed, soon to also support CQG. otherwise, everything is working as expected. Yes same here as well with Dorman. We only noticed an interruption for about 1.5 hours Sunday evening (February 14).
