ttnet: disconnections/server side oco

I just read that trading technologies will soon provide server side OCO orders. Will this function be included for orders executed through SC (amp/ttnet)? I had several disconnections with SC/ttnet on monday (about 11 a.m. ET). I unsuccessfully tried reconnecting with my backup pc`s (i also have several backup isp´s). Since all internet connections were working, it must have been a problem with the datafeed. Is this something that happens frequently? From all I read so far, ttnet is supposed to be very reliable, and other than this one incident, I haven´t had any complaints after switching to AMP/ttnet last month. Only problem is that there is no backup webbased platform for emergency cases like this, and last monday the complete AMP phone system was down, so I couldn´t contact the tradedesk.
