Thanks, but it is still not working and this gets really frustrating at this point.

Using the LMAX Live connection with LMAX Europe (or in general) I can't get any connection. "Trade account not assigned" it says again.

Also on LMAX it seems that the demo account is locked. I contacted them already, but please make sure that you solve the problem with them.

After two weeks of trying to set up a demo account, I'm really sick of doing this.

I'm a Sierra user for years, but this is annoying as hell.

For me the switch to LMAX and using it together with Sierra is vital, but this seems to be far away if even the demo is not working.

You only have a LMAX demo account assigned to your Sierra Chart account. Refer to step 6:
LMAX Trading Service: Setup Instructions

You need to choose this as the service:
LMAX Demo Trading - DTC
Not Live like you are doing.

We are not even understanding, why you would choose the Live service when you have a demo account. The documentation is very clear and you just are not paying attention to it.

Because I had to enter LMAX EUROPE in terms off Account Association and this was only possible with LMAX LIVE connection. Now I got it done, but at this time it was not possible. Maybe it was a bug. I updated to the prerelease before as you told me. So this was not a fault on my side, but anyway...

At the end it is connecting now, but orders are rejected. This is from the message log.

Also existing positions from the LMAX platform will not be retrieved.

Please understand, I'm playing PingPong between Sierra and LMAX for two weeks now, just trying to get a demo account to work. And I read the documentation over and over again. This is getting annoying for all parties I guess, but it is just not working at this point. Please tell me, what I can do and I do it...

We can assign you an LMAX demo account from a pool of accounts we have. Do you want us to do that?

Thank you, but at the end I try to verify if everything works to be able to trade with a LMAX live account.

So would this be a proper test for all the functionalities in general?

I would like to see if I can enter and modify orders on both sides, Sierra and LMAX platform and it will works in both directions without any problems.

You can certainly do the testing within Sierra Chart.
