Urgent!! Change from TT to CQG Data Feed

(Link removed) I want to continue using Denali for data, but switch from TT to CQG for orderrouting. The form is confusing, what do I need to select? Am I supposed to select "Existing Setup – Change Datafeed” on the top of the form and “DISABLE ALL EXCHANGE DATA” on the bottom of the form?? If I want to login with 2 PCs simultaneously as previously with TT, will I have to pay 10 USD to AMP for a second login? Will the Sierrachart Web Trading Panel still work or do I need to use CQG webtrader? Would I need to pay additional CME exchange fees for the CQG webtrader?? We will get your question answered by AMP. Regarding this one: will I have to pay 10 USD to AMP for a second login? We are not sure but once we have the FIX connection from CQG this will not be necessary. So in the interim it might be.Will the Sierrachart Web Trading Panel still work or do I need to use CQG webtrader? Would I need to pay additional CME exchange fees for the CQG webtrader??
This will not be available for the time being until we have the Sierra Chart order routing working with CQG.
