Profit/Loss display incorrect in activity log

Symbol E7, e mini euro currency, is not updating the numbers properly in the activity log after doing backtests. Total profit/loss is listed as 0.01 and the currency, tick or point data doesn't register anything. I've gone through some documentation here on the site that referenced global settings but that didn't help. |

I still can't get this figured out. Hopefully I can get some assistance here by support or someone else. This is (I believe) an ongoing issue with the symbol E7. The problem I'm having is after initiating a backtest on E7, the activity log isn't registering the appropriate data under the trade statistics tab. If it's something I'm overlooking please steer me in the right direction. thanks |

Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Press OK. Go back to the Trade Activity Log and select Edit >> Refresh Log. After I go to edit the refresh log isn't highlighted so it can't be selected. How do we get that to work? And yes, I did notice previously that the settings were right for the E7 but for some unseen reason that info still isn't transferring over to the trade activity log.

I have done all that you mentioned but still no results. I even went on to run a few other symbols through and none of them had problems. They all did exactly what I needed them to do. The symbol E7 I ran through one last time and it still has problems after I updated the symbol from server and refreshed the log. SC support had to upload the symbol to me because it wasn't in my list about a week ago and it hasn't worked right yet. Maybe delete and reload it from your end?

We had the symbol wrong we had 7E instead of E7. Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Press OK.
