I tried to flatten a position but sc complains that TT is unresponsive. For obvious reasons, I cannot post the log on a public forum. I have created a separate account support ticket with the log file. My impression is that my position may be indeed flat but there is an inconsistency between TT and sc.

Immediately contact your broker about this. Whatever order you submitted most likely did not go through to the exchange. TT is having an order routing issue at this time.
