I am trying to change my current data from non-pro CME products to the Pro CME products and it is not showing up in my selection options. Can you help me make that switch?

First, you need to redo the Exchange Agreements and fill them out for a Professional status. I have made the change to the professional status. I attached an image from your website on where I was trying to make the change to get the COE products, but it states "CME, For professional and users without a trading account". Since I do have an account, what do I pick?

First, you do not need to make a change to the exchange selection until the beginning of next month. So do not activate a new exchange until March 1, 2021. You will continue to get the data through the rest of this month based on the previous selection of CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals. Second, your question "Since I do have an account, what do I pick?" confuses us. In the beginning of this thread you stated that you wanted to change to being a Professional, and you have updated your agreements to specify that you are now considered a Professional. Therefore, you would naturally need to select the Professional exchange. If we are misunderstanding something here, please let us know. But, as stated above, you do not need to do anything further until March 1.
