Hello
I place orders through SC.
As long as SC works, orders are executed well.
if I close SC, the orders are not executed, although the price has passed the order price.
I can see orders on web interface, but orders are not executed.

This really does not make sense. It is not even technically possible. The only possibility is that somehow Trade Simulation Mode is being used:
Trade Menu: Trade Simulation Mode On (Trade menu)

If there is a problem again we need to know what the Service Order ID is.
