hello good afternoon
on February 1st I made my data package payment through AMP futures, but every time I enter sierra chart the account does not connect, and AMP tells me that the account is enabled, sierra chart every time I open it sends me a message to enter the help tab and then in the account control panel, but on the web page does not indicate any error, please tell me how to solve the problem.
