I paid for a package of services and now connected to the platform, I see that SFE futures are not available in real time. You said that in April they will have to enter the Denali package. What do you recommend? Also, I would like to have $ VIX-CBOE data at least historical with a delay, isn't historical data included in the service package?

If you are referencing the SFE data, then no, we do not have any plans to do anything special with the SFE data. If you were talking about something else, then let us know.

Also, I would like to have $ VIX-CBOE data at least historical with a delay, isn't historical data included in the service package?

The CBOE changed their rules, so historical data is not available unless you pay for the data feed. If you want to get the data for CBOE Indices, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange. Refer to the following information, which includes the Setup Instructions:

It will not be a few months for the CBOE futures data feed to be available with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It should become available in April.

This post talked about it. CFE-VX This is what I need
In case this futures is not available, there is one option: AMP offers to connect it, but the question is, can I use it in Sierra Chart?

But there are nuances of connection, if I connect CFE futures, I must receive a CQG data feed and have no routing (SierraChart-Denali-CQG only routing) That is, or one or the other, what do you recommend in the end?

We are looking to add the CFE Futures, but not the indices. Although we are looking into what we can do about the VIX, in particular. But we do not have anything specific at this time.

Do not worry about the nuances of data. The Sierra Chart system is setup to allow for data to come from either us or from your trading service, or both, if they are different exchanges. Any real-time data that you are getting from us takes priority and then any real-time data from your trading service.

Also, the requirement to have a trading account is only for the CME Group data.

That would be VERY GOOD!

Have you added CFE Futures yet? You planned to do this in April. Do I need to pay $ 25 for May + $ 15.75 for CFE Futures data feed?

In addition, AMP CFE is asked for only $ 16. If I connect it with them, how correctly will it work?

The CFE Futures is available through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. The cost is $25.00 for 250 symbols for the data feed itself and then $15.75 for the CFE Futures Exchange.

If AMP has the CFE Futures available from CQG, then you should be able to get that data into Sierra Chart in the same manner as any other symbol. But, just be aware that historical data from CQG is limited.
