Net Change in Quote Board Not Calculating

I am using SC with OEC and for most contracts (e.g. GC, FDAX, SI, CL etc. etc.) the Net Change in % in the Quote Board is always showing as 0%. Looks like this is because the Settlement Price in the Quote Board for these instruments is also showing as 0. This seems to be a recent problem, as it used to work fine in the past. Can somebody please tell me, how this can be fixed. I started out really liking SC (and hence now paying for it), but I am having more and more problems with it recently. What is going on? |

Select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. This will get a fresh snapshot of quote data. It looks good for us: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1393237075593.png Also, update by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. We corrected a problem with market depth processing. The reason for some of these issues is we are using a new FIX connection to OEC. So there have been some issues with this that are being resolved whether they are on our side or the OEC side. Thank you. That seems to have fixed it. Have been using version 1095 already, but I see that version 1097 is now available. Will download and install this and see how it goes.
