Hi Admin,

I would like to develop automation strategies that are generated by the use of drawings for trade entries and exits such as the continuation or reversal at a trend line, horizontal line, trade channel, rectangle, or Fibonacci drawing. The drawings can be automatically generated (like Supply & Demand zones found at http://www.apazones.com) or manually drawn and adjustable as price action changes.

I know several tool packages exit for Ninja, but would really like to see this become a part of Sierra Chart because of Sierra's low CPU usage and extreme reliability.

For reference, please look at the tools on the following websites: http://www.vipertradingsystems.com and http://www.accuratetrademanagement.com

I am not a programmer, but would like to know how this can be accomplished. If Sierra doesn't have the resources available or the desire to add this type of automation, perhaps a few conversations will convince these sites to port their programming to Sierra.

In the past Sierra has been very responsive to customer requests such as adding the Renko Brick with Wicks Chart Setting (Graph Draw Type)so I sincerely hope this is a course of action that you will consider.

Thank you in advance for all you do,
path

This is not an area where we would do any development ourselves.

However, it is possible to programmatically access Chart Drawings drawn by a user, from a custom trading study. Refer to:
