[Programming Help] - multiple entries ignored-trading system based on alert conditions

Hi, my 2nd buy entry signal is ignored because working orders exits. I referred to the BuyEntry knowledge doc and my setup do not meet any of the conditions that could result in multiple entries being ignored. I am using an OCO group per entry so after my 1st buyentry, there are only 2 working sell orders (OCO), in that case the 2nd by entry signal will not result in more than my max position limit of 2. I also allowed multiple entries but cannot set CancelAllWorkingOrdersOnExit to yes because that would also cancel my OCO orders from my 1st entry. What is causing this?

Set "Allow Entry With Working Orders" to Yes.
