Hi, I am having problems with displaying information on charts. Nothing moves so I thought it was some setting I had incorrectly set up. But I received a message that a custom study was causing issues and I wanted to know if that could be the cause of not having my charts display current activity/time?

Yes, it definitely could be related to a custom study. In particular, if you are getting zeros instead of the correct Date and Time, then that is absolutely caused by a custom study that needs to be updated for the changes in Date/Time. Refer to the information here:
