Vanaf de eerste dag als klant heb ik aangegeven dat ik mijn verlengingen graag op jaarbasis doe. Het heeft mij verbaasd dat de laatste betaling niet op die basis kon.Aangezien ik soms te betalen rekeningen mogelijkerwijs over het hoofd kan zien , wil ik niet als een wanbetaler overkomen.
