Dear Sierra Chart Team,

I'm having problems with an indicator I'm using that's automatically opening a 1-Tick chart in the background and analysing the data.
The tick chart opens, but I only get a black screen (see attached picture). I can't even right click the chart to change settings.
I also checked the global settings and it is set to 1 Tick refresh rate.
The name of the symbol is also the same as every other ES chart I'm using in my chartbook.

Don't know how to solve this problem unfortunately.

Any chance you could help me out please?

I've found one possible problem, but don't know how to solve it unfortunately.

I've attached a picture of the session times when the chart automatically opens. When I edit them, the Tick Chart starts downloading data.

But the problem I get now, is that after editing the session times, the indicator doesn’t “accept” this chart and opens a new, faulty one…

This screenshot of the Chart Settings window is so tiny and illegible we cannot see it properly.

You need to contact the developer of the custom study you are using which is opening the chart, about this issue.

I'm sorry for the bad picture!

Attached a better picture again.

I already talked to the programmer and he said that from his side everything is fine.
He said it most be something platform related from me, since it normally opens the chart with propper session times.

What I noticed though:
My chart that opens automatically has strange session times. When I edit them them it starts to load data, but the chart is not linked anymore to the indicator.

Any idea what the problem may be?

Update Sierra Chart to the current version and have the developer recompile the studies for the current version of Sierra Chart.
