Two Instances of SC Configuration

What are best practices for configuring SC to trade across two brokers/accounts (AMP & Interactive Brokers) with essentially duplicate settings? This requires two instances of SC where one would be ideal.

Note: I'm referring to more of the configuration, studies, symbols, charts, trade logs, DOM settings etc being mirrored, shared, mapped or linked --> the initial setup is working fine.

Managing two copies of SC is extremely tedious. It's 2 of everything, 2 quoteboards, 2 DOM's, 2 chartbooks with dozens of charts, 2 trade activity logs, 2 SC global settings. Add a symbol on one quoteboard go to the other do the same (minus the issues with IB and their weird symbology), change a DOM setting --> switch instances and duplicate it, change a chart setting --> switch instances and do it on the other, and on and on it goes tedious and really easy to make mistakes.

SC Settings: Should I just use one SC instance as a 'master' and then copy all the SC settings files over to the 2nd instance, create a batch file to copy after changes? is there a better way (can't find a way to export), or more importantly are there problems with copying settings files continuously over between instances for changes/updates?

Trade Activity: Is there a way to combine or use the same logs? I really want all trade reports in one location. Can you share a data folder for trade activities? This is really important since you can filter natively by account anyway.

DOM & Trading: You need to have two DOM's (one for each instance but wastes precious screen real estate) next to each other with same symbol then place a trade across both DOM's. When you need to change the symbol it's open one quoteboard linked to one DOM, place the trade, open the second quoteboard linked to the other DOM place that trade. It starts to get cumbersome, slow and prone for errors. Can you link quoteboards or DOM's *across* instances?

Essentially is there any level of sharing, or linking data/symbols/settings/logs across instances as this would make a massive difference in speed and workflow.

Thanks
Chris
