I just paid the update amounts you requested/ My bar charts are loading, however none of my footprint charts,including my heat map, are not loading. Is there something I missed? Do I need to contact AMP for the feed?
Is there a way I can have all monthly charges go through Sierra Chart instead of AMP? Would that mean that what I deposit in AMP is strictly for trading, and Sierra Chart collects all other fees, like CME bundle and any other-feed fees, commission costs, and any other fees? etc.?
I've also lost USDX [M} 5 min Overlay Line. This has been included before, is it no longer included in the CME 5 bundle?

At this time you are paying for your Sierra Chart account directly. This includes Sierra Chart usage time, the Denali data feed (which is currently not active), and order fill fees.

You need to change to the Advanced Service package 5 to access to Numbers Bars and Market Depth Historical Graph, following the instructions below:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

I've also lost USDX [M} 5 min Overlay Line.
