Drawings show up on other charts with the same symbol only

Hi, Drawings copied from another charts show up only when the symbol on the destination chart and the source chart is the same. Before (I did not notice when it changed), but it was possible to see drawings even if the symbol on the destination chart and the source chart is not the same. see video for clarification. |

Make sure the option for Show Chart Drawings For Different Symbols is Enabled. when Show Chart Drawings For Different Symbols is Enabled, it is a mess - see attached picture. I trade a lot of symbols. I just want to see drawings of the symbol which is on the chart. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-12-30 15:53:06

If you just want to see the drawings for the same symbol, then disable the option for Show Chart Drawings for Different Symbols. If you just want to see the drawings for that specific chart, then remove any references to other charts in the Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s setting. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu) Also note the following information to prevent specific drawings from being copied: Chart Settings: Excluding Specific Chart Drawings from Being Copied For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

In order to clarify the issue, I made videos: 1 - Version2144_Drawings_remain.mp4 : drawings on smaller chart remain when symbol has been changed on main chart 2 - Version2215_drawings_disapear.mp4 : drawings on smaller chart remain when symbol has been changed on main chart Settings are the same between the two videos, only version has been changed. I would like that drawings remain on smaller chart even if symbol has changed on main chart as before (Version 2144). could you fix this issue? thank you |
