Good night, I've been trying to trade for more than 15 days, but the sierra chart platform with the denali data (SC futures order routing / data (trading), keeps me in a delay of 10 minutes and 10 seconds and I have not been able to solve it I have uninstalled and I reinstalled the platform, my internet is in excellent condition, I have no pending updates of windows or sierrachart, the rollover is updated and the delay persists; this did not happen to me with the CQG data. I don't know how I can solve it. Thank you for your Attention.

The problem is you are receiving the delayed data because you do not have the Denali Exchange Data Feed fully set up.

AMP did not do that. They need to complete the set up here for you:
