Hi, I would like to connect my Rithmic account and test out Sierra chart but when I try to connect it says, connect to data feed...current service package does not support this function. What must I do? Regards, |

The reason you received that message was because your Trial needed to be manually activated. We have taken care of that for you, so be sure you exit from Sierra Chart and restart the program. You will then be able to select Rithmic for your Service. But, you probably need to update the Bridge files.
