Request to add 'Add SL' and 'Add Target' buttons on trading DOM

Hi Can you add 'Add SL' and 'Add Target' buttons to the trading DOM? I wish to do the following Eg: Assuming I am long 1 contract without any SL or Target orders. I want to quickly add a SL. To do this I click the 'Add SL' button and an SL is placed at the price I clicked on the DOM for the same quantity as the open position. Same thing for the 'Add Target' button. If any of the SL and Target orders are hit then the other order cancels. This allows me the flexibility to enter a position without SL or target at the start but allows me to add it later. Buttons make it easier and reduces chance of mistake during high stress of trading Thank you |

Could you give me an example of how do I put in a SL, Target to an already open position using attached order?

1. Thank you that makes sense now. One more question, can I make the attached SL and Target order to change no of contracts based on the open position? Fo eg: I started with 2 contracts long and added SL and Target for 2. But I manually exited one contract and I want the SL and Target orders to automatically change to 1 which is the remaining open position. Is this possible? 2. Do you plan to add custom buttons on the trading DOM in the future? Like how TT MD trader allows to add buttons for different order types pre defined by the user? |

1. You want to use the Scale Out feature in order to make this work. Refer to the information here: Attached Orders: Scaling Out 2. You can create a Control Bar that has the trading orders and you can float the control bar. Refer to the information here: Control Bar Also note that you can setup Control Bar buttons (and Keyboard Shortcuts) for specific Trade Configurations as well.
