Problem with replay of market depht historical graph

Hi Support For more than a week, the replay of the market depht historical graph no longer works, Of course I checked the box to record my charts and I let sierra chart run for hours that interests me see attachment Thanks

I'm sorry, but the record of the market depht works well and I have access to the replay the day before on the dom and the chart, but after two days the offers no longer appear in the dom while on the graph again. It worked very well until early December.

What does that graph look like when you are not running a replay? Does the Market Depth Historical Graph show properly in that case? Please give us a screenshot of that part of the chart when you are not running a replay. Yes, the historical market depht graph works well without replay (SC data delayed). And you can see that yesterday's replay DOM works while the one the day before yesterday no longer works for the DOM (see the screenshot of my message yesterday that it worked well)

Refer to the following information for Replaying Trading DOMs: Replaying Charts: Replaying Trade DOM Windows The most likely scenario is that the Number of Days to Load under Chart Settings (for the Trading DOM) is not the same as your other chart. But go through all of the items to make sure there isn't something else that is not set correctly. Indeed my DOM only loaded two days... It works if I load as many days as the age of my replay !! On the other hand, the replay doesn't seem to work with post-rollover contracts, even if I change their name (for example ESZ20) in chart setting. Thanks !

We are not seeing any issues with older contracts on replay. You would definitely need to load that specific contract, and make sure that the option for Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol is not enabled. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) The same rule applies to the Trading DOM though, you would have to have the same amount of data, or the same date range as the main chart that it is replaying with.
