How to remove custom study bundles from SC and prevent them from reinstalling

I'm sure this is listed somewhere, but I cannot find in the documentation or on this support board how to uninstall the .dll files that were previously added for external custom study bundles. I can find where they are listed on my account (Enabled Studies And Files Set To Download), But I cannot find where to unauthorize their addition to the software. I can delete them out of the data file, and I can prevent them (and other start up files) from being downloaded at start up, but I cannot find a way to remove them so that I can keep the start up download active. Can you point me to the correct guidance? Thanks |

The developer of those studies has to remove your Sierra Chart account from being authorized for them. We can do that for you if you give us the names of the custom studies.

I see. Please remove the SST_FreeBundle from my account. This includes: sst_FreeBundle_64.dll - Update sst_FreeBundle_2151_64.dll - Update sst_FreeBundle.dll - Update sst_FreeBundle_2151.dll - Update These should be the only third part additions to my account. Thank you for your help. |
