No, this is not the case. You are not setup for automatic payments.

Therefore, your next upcoming charge will be on March 1, 2022 for $16.00 to renew the exchange fees for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. After that, your next charge would be for $57.00 on March 28, 2022 for your Usage Time renewal.

You do not have any real-time data as you do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

It looks like you had the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active in February, but it did not renew on March 01, 2022 due to insufficient funds at that time. You can reactivate the exchange at the following link:

Just keep in mind that you will pay the full amount for the month regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month. Therefore, if you activate it today (March 24) you will pay $16.00 USD for the remainder of March and then $16.00 USD again on April 01 for the month of April. Therefore, if you can wait until April 01, you may want to do so.

What do I need to do in order to get the realtime data for U.S stocks. Do I have to pay $36.00 for Sierra Chart Service Package Usage Time, Sierra Chart / Denali Exchange Data Feeds, exchange fees and other services + $16.00 for Nasdaq data feed?

Yes, you need to have an active Sierra Chart account running package 10, 11, or 12 and then you need to have the NASDAQ TotalView exchange activated.
