Your best bet is to use WINE via third party software. No official SC support though. For me it works great so far.

From a mac, linux and windows user perspective if you are on a mac just bite the bullet and build a pc to run SC. Parallel, Wine and other options are not any good. I still run a mac and went down this road for months testing things out, ended up just building a high end PC dedicated to SC and it's the way to go.
