New Computer system - Account not attached anymore

Hey Team,

I had to download a new instance of Sierra charts on my new computer. I have everything up and running with the new system and the real-time data feed working great. My question is that for some reason my account is not attached to the new instance of Sierra charts. Normally my broker account number comes up on the DOM to switch between real trading and sim but for some reason, it's not there now. I haven't had any problems with my old system but as mentioned I moved to a new computer and my account for real trading does not seem to be attached like it is on my old computer.

I am not sure if that is something I need to check with you guys on or with my broker.

You need to setup the connection to your trading service within Sierra Chart. From what we can see, it looks like you were using Rithmic. If this is the case, then you would need to setup the items in Data/Trade Service Settings to be the same on the old computer and the new computer.

You probably will also have to reinstall the Bridge files for Rithmic. Refer to the information here:
