Hello, for some reason my charts are not updating live. When I start the platform, my charts are just frozen. But when I restart it, it populates with the last few minutes of data. But it is not actively updating live. Is there a reason for that? I trade US crude oil.

I have also downloaded and installed the most recent version of sierra chart, and it is saying that I am connected. Just not getting any updated charts unless I restart the charts.

Nevermind, I guess my chart did not automatically rollover the symbol for some reason. Is there a reason that it did not automatically, even though I have it selected to automatically perform a rollover?
