I've spent the last few days pouring over the documentation, reading through the forums and testing out various settings but cannot find a way to update/mirror all charts, within a chartbook as follows.
Note: this is *after* the initial setup is complete and a change or update to *all* charts is needed.

Setup is as follows:
* All charts in 1 chartbook
* 25 <identical> charts each with a unique symbol (ES, RTY, CL, NG, GC Etc)
* A handful of studies
* 4 Hr 5 Min Bars Region 1
* Volume Bars Region 2
* Window - Tile as a grid horizontally

Lots of ways to accomplish the initial setup via duplicate charts, setup chart linking, study collections, etc but what about AFTER if you need to make a change or update all of them? Studies appear to be easy, update the collection across linked charts and ALL charts update (awesome).

What about settings like these?
* Say I want to turn enable Chart Settings -> Advanced Settings 2 -> Vertical Grid Lines (Min, 30) across all charts?
* What about changing from Candlesticks to OHLC bars?
* Auto wrap the chart header?
* Appears 'most' Main settings, Advanced Settings, AS2 & AS3 can't be linked, or updated across multiple charts?

It seems like the only way to keep all 25 charts identical with future tweaks/changes is one of these two choices:

#1 - Use one chart as a 'master', delete all the charts, duplicate the 'master' chart 25 times, change the symbols back to the 30 unique symbols, set windows tiling and then back in business... Time consuming but it works.
#2 - Manually make the change across 25 charts (ex: adding vertical lines)... Also time consuming and prone to errors.

Is there a better and faster way to do this? Create a quoteboard with the 25 symbols and creating charts all at once from a symbol list? Charts from a spreadsheet? I feel like I'm missing something...

Cheers!

You've discovered the only two ways to do what you want.
