Missing data/gap from Sun-Mon morning

My charts (CL / crude oil) don't show any data between Sunday open at 6pm EST - 11am EST Monday. Last week and today since 6pm EST (when market resumed) Monday evening all data is ok. I use CTS/T4 data. How to force system to download and update the charts (both intraday and historical) with missing data if experiencing these kind of data gaps? Thanks.
