So when I go into replay and try to place short order, specific date 2020/06/23 @ 10:40 AM EST the order immediately turns into loss On same time and chart if I goto place a buy order I am able to adjust bracket order Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-01-11 11:01:07

Actually even if I do replay on 2021-01-08 @ 9:34 AM EST I am unable to get the bracket order for sell/short order and automatically the order is a recorded as a loss, but if I do a buy/long limit order I do get the brackets that I can move around and does not record an immediate trade

It does not surprise us that there is a problem with chart replay. That was not tested and this requires more in-depth code analysis to support this. See if unchecking this option resolves the issue during a chart replay: Chart Settings: Use as Trade Only Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) If not, the we have to look at this later. I unchecked the "Use as trade symbol only" that way only 6A is used in replay. When I replay 6A for date 6/23/2020 @ 8:40 AM EST and try to short, I do not get the short bracket orders and the trade is instantly recorded as profit/loss Only when I goto buy limit am I able to get the bracket order and does not directly record the trade as profit/loss |
