Hi,

I am having an issue where when I click to a different chartbook and then click back to my first chartbook, a chart that was unhidden becomes hidden again.

Attached is a workbook and I was able to reproduce this error using a different instance. Here're the steps to my issue:

1) Open up my chartbook
2) Both "ES - 60m" chart and "NQ - 60m" chart are hidden. So I first unhide them by double clicking on the chart tab and click on "Restore Down" for the charts so it isn't maximized.
3) Click into a different chartbook, then click back to my chartbook. "NQ - 60m" is automatically hidden again.

Do you see this too and how do I fix this?

Thanks.

We are not able to reproduce any problem like this.

It must be an operating system level issue. We cannot reproduce.

We did notice that child window tabs within the main Sierra Chart window are showing for hidden chart windows. That should not be the case. A hidden window needs to be reactivated or restored through the CW menu only. So we will solve this issue.

OK thanks. I ended up starting a new chartbook from scratch. Also I ended up having this after I took one chartbook with hidden windows and I duplicated it using copy and paste in Windows.

Thanks.
