Might have found a small bug related to trade-only symbols and TW P&L

I'm using ES with MES as my trade-only symbol. Today I was at a P&L of -13 ticks, but my Trade Window was showing something like -78 ticks. I went through every setting, and all the help pages regarding this issue but couldn't get the TW to match the TAL. Finally it dawned on me that it could be related to the trade-only symbol. I changed my chart to just use MES and no trade-only symbol, and instantly the P&L was correct in the TW. Then, I put the chart back to ES/MES and the P&L remained correct at -13 ticks.

So in case this helps to find a possible small but confusing bug, there it is.

When using a Trade and Current Quote Symbol you need to change the Currency Value per Tick to reflect the Trading symbol in order to get the proper P&L. Refer to the information here:

It was already set at 1.25. Was one of the first things I checked.

To add to this, every morning I have to again change my trade chart to MES, then back to ES as the primary symbol, for the commissions in the trade window to correctly reflect the micro contract. Until I do that, they are displaying wrong (a 1 tick profitable trade just now, showed -2 ticks in the trade window, until I did the above change and then it correctly reflected 0 since the net profit was less than 1 tick in micros).

Oh I forgot one possibly important detail, I have to also deselect "Use as Trade-Only Symbol" when I switch back to MES as the primary symbol, for the behavior to correct.

Another followup. This needs to happen again at the start of a new session. It is not tied to a restart of the platform.

We have no idea why there would be any variation regarding the profit/loss in ticks when using a Trade symbol. That does not make any sense to us.

To add to this, every morning I have to again change my trade chart to MES, then back to ES as the primary symbol, for the commissions in the trade window to correctly reflect the micro contract.
We think we see why there is a problem with this and we will resolve this.

One thing I have noticed that may be relevant when using a Trade Only Symbol, the chart P&L uses the commission setting of the underlying symbol not the trade only symbol. Whereas the Trade Activity Log uses the P&L of the Trade Only Symbol. Might be part of what you're seeing.

I believe this is exactly the "issue" I solve every morning by the above process. I'm not sure if you mean the same thing I do by "chart P&L" I'm referring to the P&L displayed in the Trade Window. But it always uses the underlying symbol instead of the TO symbol, until I do the above mentioned tweak and then it works right until the next session restart.
