I see gaps in several charts making it pretty tough to trade at the moment, do you know of this problem? The current price is correct, but data is missing

I have the same problem with OEC. The backfill process does not appear to be working as before. It was fine last week.

I am running older versions of Sierra on 2 computers so the OEC connection is not FIX. Versions 924 & 943.

Canyon, this must be on Sierra's end. I have tried all sorts of versions.

The origin of this problem is an OEC issue. It has been resolved. Refer to help topic 7.1 to restore the missing data:

ok, I'm able to restore the missing data and it appears to be working normally. Thanks.

Question - For OEC, where are we getting the backfill data? A Sierra server or the OEC FIX server?

The data originates from the OEC FIX server and is maintained by a Sierra Chart server and available to OEC users once the user successfully completes the OEC authorization.
