"When a parent order is filled, the Attached Orders will become active and are sent to the connected Trading service or are then processed by the Sierra Chart Trade Simulation system. Until the parent fills, the Attached Orders will be inactive and held within Sierra Chart. They will not be sent to the connected Trading service until there is a fill or partial fill of the parent order."

The above is a quote from your documentation on attached orders and OCO's. I have added the BOLD.

I think I am clear on this:

If my feed is CQG, OEC or CTS (all who support server side OCO's) the following is what I have gleaned:

1/ If I have placed a parent order (with attached profit and stop orders - the child) being a Buy Limit and my internet connection disconnects AFTER the parent order is filled, then I should be protected by the server side child OCO orders which will have become active as the parent was filled.

2/ If I have placed a parent order (with attached profit and stop orders - the child) being a Buy Limit and my internet connection disconnects BEFORE the parent order is filled, then I will have a long unprotected position if the parent order is filled while my internet remains disconnected and therefore my only protection is to call my broker or take advantage of a web portal (if offered by the feed provider).

Have I got this correct?

1. Yes.

2. Yes. We do plan to get to full server-side bracket order support for CQG and OEC sometime in the next two months. Might take a little longer though.

So as of February, is CTS the only platform that has full server-side bracket order support? What is the status of the other platforms, and can you direct me to any links/info?

Sierra Chart does not support full server side bracket orders with any Trading service.

Sierra Chart supports server-side OCO orders with the following services:

Interactive Brokers
OEC
CQG
CTS (There can be problems with server-side OCO and we recommend disabling it if there are issues)
