Cannot connect to the data feed

Hi, I cannot connect to the data feed. It says that I need a new version of Sierra Charts. Installer won't start automatically so after I downloaded it and started manually it gives a bunch of errors. I tried sending the log but it says that I have to contact you before. Please advise. Thank you!

We received your Installer Log and the error messages are the following:
Error opening C:\SierraChart\SierraChart_64.exe. Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

This means that Sierra Chart must have been running when you tried to perform the installation. Make sure that this is not the case. Sierra Chart cannot be running when you perform the install.

If you continue to have problems, then you would need to use the Zip installer. You will find this here:
