I have 3 instances of SC two are fine when I boot them up. The other one does not roll out my chartbooks I have too manually install them. And then when their back up their all out of order. Again, manually put them back in their usual sequence. Running 2204, not mission critical.

Hard to explain, will wait for new version. Running 2204 now. Can live with it.

I have been doing the Denali switch on the first of month, no problems. Now I have to do it every day or quotes frozen. Still with 2204. Chart load up issue still unresolved.

Your account shows that you have connected to your trading account for the month of December, so you should not have to do it again until the end of this month. If you are having a problem receiving live data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then let us know what is occurring and we will then be able to look into it.

Live data fine, but have to do the switch every day.

We definitely see your account is authorized until 2020-12-30 for CME real-time data. If you see an issue tomorrow, just let us know but that would not really make sense.
