Sierra order routing service with Interactive Brokers

Hello, I would like to use the Sierra Order routing service with my Interactive Brokers account but when I try to fill in the form to request this change there is no option to select Interactive Brokers as the clearing firm name? What would be the introducing broker? My account is with Interactive Brokers Canada in British Columbia if this makes any difference. Can you advise on this please? Thanks, Rick |

This is not supported for Interactive Brokers. Orders can only be entered through the interface Sierra Chart has to Trader Workstation. Well this is very disappointing! Why does Sierra Chart (the application) give me a message popup every day recommending I switch to the Sierra exchange order routing service because it works better than IB? And why does all of the documentation about the order routing service talk down IB and claim to be superior when the option doesn't exist? Thanks, Rick |
