2195 to 2204 Issue with Overlay onto a Low Price Change Chart

Hi, I have been testing 2195 and 2204 in Asia trading this morning.

I am overlaying a VWAP band from a 5 min chart onto a low PC chart such as a 4PC or 5PC but I have one major issue with these new versions.
Every few seconds the overlaid value goes to zero so you get a vertical line instead of the line tracking the values from the 5 min chart.

This is only happening on low PC charts and I cannot find a way to stop it happening.

Any advice would be appreciated

Obviously I think it is something to do with time charts vs non time charts and some change after 2915 that requires I alter my settings or do something different but this is horrible.
It also affects putting a timeline vertical line onto the PC chart. That repeats many times over instead of just one vertical line at the approximate time - eg Japan open

EDIT - so far I've tested 4PC to 12PC and this problem happens.
It does not happen at 50PC or 10 Range so seems to be centered around low non-timeframe charts

To better clarify the study with the issues, it is the Study/Price Overlay from a 5 min chart onto a low price change chart.
I have experimented with all the settings in the attached image to no avail.

This worked absolutely fine in 2192 and lower.

And here is how a single timeline study is repeated multiple times.

This one is for HK Open at 0900 China time

The extended high low for a period also no longer works on a low price change chart.
Instead it just shows current bid and ask rather than the incremental high or low for the entire time period designated

First, all of these details are just not helpful to us at all. We would need to get the actual chart with the configured study:
Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart

The screenshot in post #3 is totally useless. It is completely meaningless.

If you post an image of a chart, only use this method:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage

Instead it just shows current bid and ask rather than the incremental high or low for the entire time period designated
This also makes entirely no sense and is not even technically possible since the study does not use bid and ask data.

We did test the Time Line study and High/Low for Time Period-Extended and identified no issues even on short duration variable timeframe bars.

I very rarely post these days as I expect to get treated like an imbecile (even after using your software for about seven years in total) and would not have posted without a genuine issue.

As you seem to have found no immediate error in your testing I will rebuild that chart from ground zero and see if I can get it back to where it was before I moved onto 2915-2204.

I was concerned that 2195 was a major change so I have no issue doing a fresh install and rebuilding even though you may advise against that since that is how I have resolved previous issues where a complex chartbook become irreversibly broken after a major upgrade in Sierra versions.

No need to rebuild any chart. That would not help anything.

This is an impossibility:
I have resolved previous issues where a complex chartbook become irreversibly broken after a major upgrade in Sierra versions.
It is not even technically possible. Unless you were using a Chartbook from a significantly older version like hundreds of versions earlier or from more than a year ago, and there was a compatibility issue where all the charts did not open, or there was a failure to read studies or Chart Drawings. This last case is exceptionally unusual though and has a solution by using an intermediate version to update the Chartbook across a longer-range of versions.

And what you are doing is simply complaining and then saying things that we know are technically impossible, rather than giving us the information/files we need so we can help.

I found the incompatible third party custom indicator that caused all of my issues and I have removed it.

Thank you again for assuring me that low price change charts are working and that I did not have to build everything from scratch.

I did perform a new installation in a new folder for housekeeping purposes but I was able to avoid setting everything up from scratch again.

PS I am surprised that one custom indicator could throw everything out of whack but now I've experienced it so will be aware of that potential in the future
