Reset Defaults on custom studies puts error in Message Log

Since v2195 I've noticed that when pressing Reset Defaults on a custom study, a message following the pattern below appears in the message log:

Error deleting C:\SierraChart\DefaultStudySettings\Study_63_THE-NAME-OF-THE-STUDY.scsf_THE-NAME-OF-THE-STUDY.defaultsettings file: "Windows error code 2: The system cannot find the file specified." | 2020-11-29 15:29:30.279 *

This just indicates, that the saved configuration file does not exist. The message will still always be added to the Message Log since all file errors need to be logged, but we will prevent the log from automatically opening in this case.
