At first I had the problem that the filled orders from my trading chart did not appear on my analysis chart. The symbol was the same. I made an update. But after the update I didn't see any orders in NGZ20. Orders from other futures were displayed but I still have no orders in NGZ20. The orders I made today in NGF21 are displayed. I have tested some instructions and went through all the settings to enable the filled orders in NGZ20. Nothing worked. Can you help me? All orders were made in my Sim account. |

I have followed the instructions from the link but without success. I have tried every available optione but I can not display the orders from last week. Can you take a look into my profile or what could I try else?

You need to look in the Trade Activity Log for those order fills: Trade Activity Log Do they exist? And does the Symbol of those fills and the Trade Account of those fills exactly match those same settings on the chart? Thanks a lot! Now it is working. The problem was that I had entered NGZ20 directly in the Find Symbol window under Selected Symbol and opened the chart that way. When I selected the aymbol from the list the chart name was NGZ20-NYMEX and all orders were displayed again. In the future I will select the symbol from the list and not enter it directly. |
