Sierrachart is not recognising my AMP/TTnet Account

I am using my AMP/TTnet login details for Sierrachart. But Sierrachart now does not connect anymore, saying the trial is over? But Sierrachart Package 3 is free for use with AMP and TTnet. So how do I reconnect Sierrachart to my AMP/TTnet account without Sierrachart thinking I am running a trial?

We cannot help with your Sierra Chart account from AMP. You will need to contact AMP about that. We recommend that you pay for usage time on the account that you have used to log into this Support Board with, following these instructions: 1. To purchase usage time, select "Help >> Purchase/Account Management" on the Sierra Chart software menu or press the "Purchase" button on the Sierra Chart Login window.

Why can you not elaborate? As I have Package 3 from AMP for free - why would I need a paid account directly with Sierra? This would seem to defeat the purpose of the AMP combo and not give me anything I don't already get with the AMP deal. I have always assumed that I am not actually getting Package 3 for 'free' and that the cost is buried in my round trip commission cost with AMP - and this type of payment structure actually suits me. Are you perhaps subtly suggesting to us that the AMP free deal is going to end? |

There is no issue as of yet. There is just something small that concerns and we will let AMP have a chance to resolve it. We have communicated the concern to them.
