You state that you "subscribed to a service", what service did you subscribe to?

Make sure you have followed the instructions to connect to whatever service you are using, if it is a supported one for Sierra Chart. You will find the list of supported services on this page, select the vendor you are using and follow the setup instructions on that page:

If you are not using an external service, then you can get the U.S. Equities data from us through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. For more information, refer to the following:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

If you just want the U.S. Equities, then you just need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and you will then activate the U.S. Equities exchange. Follow the Setup Instructions at this link:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Failed to activate the 'U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS)' exchange.
To enable the exchange at least one Real-time Data Connection must be currently active and enabled for Auto-Renewal.

I see this message when I tried to active the service.

First, you need to add enough funds to your account to be able to pay for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the U.S. Equities Exchange. In total, this will be $31.50 ($21.00 for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (pro-rated for the remainder of the month) and $10.50 for the U.S. Equities Exchange). You can add funds to your account on this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit

Once you have added the funds, then you can continue with the Setup Instructions starting at this point:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Account Details Entry (Sierra Chart Real-Time Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions)

Or, just let us know and we will activate the data feed for you.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I got it working after subscribing to Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed . I was actually trying to subscribe only to U.S. Equities Exchange. It resolved now. Thanks!
