I am trying to activate the datafeed from account management and get the following error: Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create Barchart account. Barchart Error: No response. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed. Any ideas of what to do ? Update: I tried again later and now it seems to work... Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-02-13 10:01:15

This meant the backend authorization system was unavailable. We are not quite sure why. We can see the market data account has now been created. You are good to go. Let us know if you need more help.
